Our preschool classes are offered as a two year, graduated program for three and four year olds.
Three Year Old Preschool
Tuesday / Thursday classes
Our Three Year Old program year is a spirited introduction to social and academic life. This fun filled program takes full advantage of a young child's remarkable ability to learn. In addition to unstructured play times where children can explore and play together, we cover a full gamut of subjects, from Science to Art! The key curriculum components of the Three Year Old program are:
- Going for Goodness introduces positive social values and attitudes
- The Mad Math Hat opens the door to principles of everyday math, numbers and reasoning
- Beginner's Biology explores the amazing world of living things
An exploration of reading, printing and literature begins in the three year old year, but does not become a key curriculum component until the four year old year.
Children must be three years of age by Dec 31 of the school year to register for three year old classes.
Four Year Old Preschool
Monday / Wednesday / Friday classes
Please note, we also offer HALF day (am or pm), Mon-Fri Jr. Kindergarten and
FULL day (9am-3pm), Mon-Fri Jr. Kindergarten
at several of our campuses.
The Four Year Old program picks right up where the Three Year Old program finishes off. It is just as dynamic, just as fun and just as enriching. The key curriculum components of the four year old year are:
- Fun Family Phonics A story base approach to letter recognition, printing and reading.
- World of Wonders A journey into our amazing world and beyond.
- All About Art A hands on study of the marvelous lives of nine significant artists and their work.
Teaching components introduced in the three year old program (such as Math and Going for Goodness) are carried on in the four year old programming.
Even though Four Year Old classes are full for the most part (because our three-year-olds move automatically to our four year old classes), we anticipate some enrollment change before each school year starts in September. Children are welcome to start the program at the four year old level if there is space and if they meet the age requirement.
Jr. Kindergarten (full and half day) are not directly served by a specific three year old program. Therefore, entry into these classes is readily accessible to all new families.
Children must be four years of age by Dec 31 of the school year to register for four year old classes.
